In order to study of protein-DNA interactions on a specific gene or across the genome, there are two options include Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) and CUT&RUN (Cleavage Under Targets & Release Using Nuclease), which are both antibody-based and compatible with histones and histone modifications, transcription factors, and cofactors. The results from either assay can also be analyzed via qPCR or NG-seq. Cell Signaling Technology (CST) offers kits, stand-alone reagents, and validated antibodies for both ChIP and CUT&RUN to meet your individual chromatin profiling needs.
This webinar will review how both methods work and highlight how the two techniques differ. We will also provide protocol tips and tricks for crucial steps and demonstrate how CST® products can increase your chance of experimental success.
